Ingredients

100% chopped coconut oil (100% pure medium chain triglycerides), C8 (caprylic acid), C10 (capric acid).   

Recommended use

1 serving (1 tablespoon/15 mL) once daily with food. To assess individual tolerance, start with 1/3 serving (1 teaspoon/5 ml) with food. Add to protein shakes, coffee, tea, salad dressing, sauces, or drizzled over meals. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point of pure C8 and C10 MCTs. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
